About Caroline

I’m Caroline, a 4th year Naturopathic Medical School Student who is passionate about all things art and creative expression.

The way I practice medicine is very different from most doctors in training because I deeply believe that true health is achieved from the inside out.

That’s how I got into DJing, modeling, and making music!

Because…

Music is medicine.

Movement is medicine.

Community is medicine.

Every physical ailment or illness (both chronic and acute) are deeply connected to our mental/ emotional wellbeing.

And my goal is to identify and treat the ROOT cause, always.

In my experience, I’ve found that more often than not— that “root” is rooted in our mindset, in our beliefs about ourselves, and the way we treat ourselves.

That said, I have dedicated my life to helping others build the confidence and knowledge they need to feel fully and completely empowered in their bodies, and in their life.

Whether that means we have a 1:1 coaching session, you book me to DJ for your next event, or we do some 1:1 energy work in-person— I am dedicated to helping you become the healthiest, most confident, most ALIGNED version of yourself.
